Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

I LOVE the stairmaster (the one that you actually climb the stairs, right?)! I think it is as good a workout as running! Way to go! Now go eat cookies since you burned all those calories!

The teaching should count right? I don't use it as miles though. I figure I can count it since I do 1,000 situps, tons of toning and I jump around all day.

Yes, I am saving my miles. I think I stepped 12 miles worth, no joke! The stairs leave my legs feeling extremely worked.

Yes, that is the machine! I have used the one at the AF rec, I think that is where you still go, right? I should make it a goal to test all of the stairmasters in the valley. Which gym has the best? I think they all kill.
