While staying in Ogden I ran from close to Weber State out to West Roy and back- averaged 8:00 going out and 8:20 coming back-

Track and stair workout- after warm up I did several 100 meter runs at top pace. Most of the 100's were at 12-13 seconds.

Ran with Bill, Dustin and Mike this morning- We ran from Rockville to Dustin's home in LaVerkin. Tough run with a lot of climbing......very honest course with a nice downhill section for the last 2 miles. 7:56 average pace with the last 2.5 miles @ 6:33 pace
