Started at Jody's work downtown and ran to River Road to the trails, Dixie Center to home. First mile warmup @ 8:24. Then ran a mile @ 6:50, walk for 30 seconds ran a mile @ 6:20 then break. Continued my run to home with 1/4 mile runs with 20 second walk the rest of the way home. Mile 3 @ 6:30 Mile 4 @ 6:19 Mile 5 @ 5:41 Mile 6 @ 6:39----- average pace for the run 6:44. 35 degrees
