Good easy long run this morning. Cold I had to break out the long pants and extra shirt but I only really got cold around 5 miles. The run was good I feld good this morning. The hamstring is feeling better this week. The moon was neat coming up over the mountains, it was a very small sliver but you could see a faint outline of the whole moon.

I was a little tired last night so I went to be a little early, I actually got 8 hours last night. Good run this morning up to about 5 miles and then I was just done running. It was a good thing I was 2 miles from home, if I was on a treadmill I probably would have stopped. I don't really know what it was I was just ready to be done.

Slept in today because the kids didn't have to be in school. My shoes started to rub the outside of my left ankle yesterday and I'm not sure why. I put a band aid on it this morning but it didn't help when I got home I had a big blood spot on my sock. I'm not sure why I'm running slower this week either I feel like the effort is there but the times are slow. I'm not sure if it is a combination of the time change, the cold weather, and the dark. I guess I'll just keep plugging along.

Good run this morning, except for my shoes are still rubbing the outside of my left ankle. I had a small bandaid and a big bandaid over it and it still rubbed it raw today. I've either got to get some new shoes or figure something out because my ankle is pretty sore. Rain this morning before I went out so everything was wet and a little foggy.

Decided to try some new shoes today to see if they would stop rubbing my foot, it looks like it worked no bloody sock today. Just an easy run on the TM to make sure I wasn't going to hurt my foot any more.
