I had planned on sneaking in an evening workout but ended up having to spend the night at my dad's place on the couch as he had a little trouble coming out from anesthesia for an endoscopy in the afternoon. All is well.

| I had no legs today. I quit after 14.5. First 7.5 at 8:00 pace, 2% incline. 6 t 6:55 pace, -3% decline. Last .5 at 8:00 pace at 4% incline. I could have used some Farley energy.
