AM. Core. Lower body. Bike trainer 20 minutes. PM. 5 recovery miles nice and easy.

AM. Core. Speed work 5x30 second sprints with 90 second recovery. Total 2 miles. PM. 5 recovery miles.
7 tempo miles. About 6 miles in I started feeling tightness in my left calf so I slowed it down to a walk and had my wife come pick me up.
AM. Core. Lower Body. 10 mile bike. Had a flat during ride and had to change it. That is why I much perfer running. The only mechanical problems are my body. Lunch. 30 minute swim.
25 mile with serious climbing bike ride which ended with another flat. 😡
I bought new tubes yesterday but I forgot to put them in my bike pouch so I'll had to call for a rescue from Dooneforthe second time this week.
