| I was up a 6am and then out the door by 6:15am into the black of the morning, I ran the Payson Park loop this morning but I cut out the rollers. I felt okay but my abdominal strain is still hanging around, but its tolerable and isn't to bad. My average pace was steady at 8:26 with a total time of 52:40, my legs were getting a little tired towards the end but other than that it was all good. After the run I did my upper body weight training and then I finished up with some push-ups, this morning was probably the last day in shorts, it is suppose to get really cold after today.
See ya tomorrow

| I opted to run in doors today, I was not running in the blizzard outside. I started with 3.10 miles in 30 minutes on the elliptical and then I went to the treadmill and ran 3.40 miles in 30 minutes with 2x400 with a 400 jog in between each repeat. The repeats were in the 7:40 range and they were NOT easy at all in fact they were pretty laobored but at least I did it. I finished up with some lower body weight training. Not sure why I have really slowed in my pace, my HR was at 163 at a 8:35 pace and usually it is sub 150 or right around 150 and the repeats were in the 170 plus range and they use to be in the 160 range. I have been to the doctor a few times for this and that and my blood presure is up in the 135 range and I am normally 120 or lower, so I don't know what to think... All I know is that that pace was way to hard , maybe I am just out of shape.
See ya tomorrow.

| I ran out to Mini GU corner via canal road and it wasn't to bad, the roads were pretty decent and the sun was out to so that made it all good. I felt okay going out but then I got pretty tired the last mile or so, my average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 53:31 I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. My average HR was 148 which isn't to bad but the pace was pretty easy but it felt hard at times so kind of wierd.

| To cold for me today, I got home from work and the sun was going down and it said it was 8 degrees so I went down stairs and hammered it out. 40 minutes on the elliptical and I went 4.10 miles and then I finished up on the treadmill for 2.29 miles in 20 minutes it was an 8:42 pace, so a total of 60 minutes. After that I did some lower body weight training to finish up, all in all it was a great workout and it beats being out in the cold.
See ya tomorrow.

| I started out towards mini GU and the wind was so bad I headed back to Salem where there was no wind and I ran out to Payson Pool via canal road, still no wind, which included Payson Park and the rollers. If it never got colder than 25 or so I could be a real happy runner cuz it was pretty toasty for most of the run. Pace was way slow again and my legs were pretty much dead from the get go, I don't know what to think about my running I seem to be back to where I was before my vacation, just slow and labored and no fun at all! My average pace was 9:12 with a total time of 1:35:02, after a day off I use to come back the next day and just run strong but not now... My blood preasure has been upa little latley so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not, all I know is if things don't change the SG half is going to be mighty embarrassing.
See ya Monday.
