Out to Mini Gu Corner and back via canal road. Accessing the damage from the race on Saturday, very tired legs and the pace was super slow-mo... Hopefully each day the old legs will get a little better. Average pace was really slow at 9:49 with a total time of 1:00:09, I did some leg sqauts and raises.

Out towards Payson Via Canal road and then back to the house. Legs felt a lot better this morning, but still tired. My pace was better too, my average was 8:52 with a total time of 45:18, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Out towards Gu Corner via Canal road, I felt pretty slow and Tired but better on the way back. Pace was slow at 9:09 with a total time of 1:05:59, I finished up with some lower body weight training.

Pretty tough one this morning, ITBand was sore and the legs were still trashed from the race  week ago but I got her done and I probably ran more than I should have. Oh well. My average pace was slow at 9:14 with a total tim eof 2:47:16.
