| Its been about a month since I have ran and I was given the okay to try a run this week, so after work I headed out past the Stake center and then back to the house. My leg felt good, no pain in the area that has been giving me problems, so that's a good sign. After the run I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and everything felt fine there too, I don't know if I will run tomorrow or not, I will have to continue to go slow and take it easy. Average pace for the run was tolerable at 8:36 with a total time of 29:44. it was so good to get out today. I have been going crazy!

| I ran out to the old barn on canal road, 2 miles round trip, then after getting back home I jumped on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I did some upper body weight training and then some push-ups to finish up, average pace on the run was way slow at 9:16 with a total time of 18:33.

| Morning run today and I ran out to the base of Harry's Hill and then back to the house, I felt pretty good this morning too, I took yesterday off as not to over do it. My average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 39:58, I finished up with 15 minutes on the elliptical, it was a nice workout and I'm glad I was able to do it.

| Went out and ran 4 miles after Ethan's cross country meet. I ran out past the stake Center and then back to the house, my leg is starting hurt again so I'm a little disappointed in that... I will try running again on Monday and then see how it handles it, I might need to take more time off. Average pace was slow at 9:03 with a total time of 37:01. Later. |
