| It was such a nice afternoon that I had to get out and enjoy the great weather! I was able to hit the road a little after 3-pm and I ran out past mini GU and then back to the house via canal road, I felt pretty darn good and I had NO calve issues so that was a good thing. The pace was upbeat and my average was 8:16 with a total time of 50:21, it was the first day of this tear that I felt hot and it really loosened up the old muscles. I'm really glad i got out and now its off to Ethan's JV soccer game.

| I ran after work again today and I ran the Payson Park loop but I cut out the rollers, my legs were in a strange funk the first 3 miles and then felt better the last 3 so that was a good thing. My average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 54:09 so about 3 minutes slower than yesterday do to the slow first 3 miles, but that okay because I wanted to go slower today anyway so it worked out all right. I'm glad I got out today and the rain had stopped so it turned out to be pretty darn nice!

| I ran after work hoping that the weather was better, I had a little bit of everything rain, hail, snow, and sunshine... I headed out to Mini Gu and I just tried to keep things steady, average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 52:30, my legs were a little trashed but other than that I seemed okay. I just wasn't real fluid with my stride today, a little choppy, but it was still good to get out.

| I walked 18 holes of golf at Hobble Creek and carried my clubs the whole way so I'm counting 5 miles of cross training, it about wore me out.

| I went out mid morning and I ran out past Mini Gu via canal road and what a beautiful morning it was, I felt pretty good considering I walked 18 holes of golf yesterday at Hobble Creek golf course. I carried my clubs the whole way so it was a pretty good work out, I used my watch one to track the mil.eage and its just over 5 miles. My average pace was pretty steady at 8:23 with a total time of 1:00:35, I still have some tenderness below the navel when I run but it's tolerable, I really don't know what is going on there I have been fighting it for about 5 months now. I hope it gets feeling better soon., it was a great run today and I am glad that I was able to get out.
