My leg is not getting better so it may be more serious than I thought, very frustrating! I decided to get up and do some strength training, at least I'll feel like I'm doing something and not being a loser. I did my upper body weight training and some lower body as well, if it didn't bother the leg then I did it, I also did 50 push-ups and then I rolled my leg with the big foam roller, I finished up with some stretching and now I have a date with some ice! Total time for the workout was 70 minutes. I really thought after a week I would be feeling really good but it has pretty much stayed the same as it was last week after the race, it felt good during the race but then about an hour after the race the pain came back and has never left. Oh well, I feel good that I at least tried to do something today. I tried the Elliptical but it seemed to aggravate it and I had pain so the PT said if there's pain then I have to stop, but then again I have pain when I walk so maybe I shouldn't be walking either! I don't know what to think! I was sure getting into a good groove though but now it looks like I'm going to be out a while longer. See ya Monday.
