| Mini Gu Route, pace was decent but my effort seemed a little hard but I got her done. My average pace was 8:33 with a total time of 1:02:09, I finished up with upper body weight training and some push-ups.

| The mailbox route over to Harrys Hill and then around Pretty Little Hill and then hoime via canal road, I was a little tired and not so strong on the downhill, I felt better on the uphill. My average pace was 9:05 with a total time of 1:15:08.

| I felt pretty rough today, the old legs were real tired and had no energy and the old pace confirmed that. My average pace was 9:20 with a total time of 1:01:36, I must have pushed it harder yesterday than I thought.

| Mini Gu and then back to the house via canal road, legs felt a lot better today which was nice. I just went with a pace that felt comfortable, my average was 8:37 with a total time 0f 53:07.
