AM Out & back to 189 with 8 x 1:00 @ T-pace & 1:00 @ easy run pace. I felt pretty crappy during this, just like last week. I think next week I'm gonna increase mileage of this run by about 2 miles of just easy running. I think the main reason I feel crappy is because my cardio sucks right now! 2.5 warm, 8 x 1:00 @ t-pace w/ 1:00 @ base run pace, 1 cool
