Took 500E to Liberty park and did a lap, then some mixed repeats on 800E on my way back. My calves are pretty sore from Saturday, but felt pretty decent.
4 warm, 3 sets of 2 x :30 + 1 x 1:00 w/ 2:00 walk, .5 cool
