I feel it's time to start doing some decent strength/drill training again. Things haven't really progressed how I wanted since breaking my finger and now taking over a week off with vacation. My cores a little soft and I feel unbalanced so I'll start with more structured strength and core exercises that will move to plyometric/strength exercises then to drill/rep workouts later down the road. Today 10min jump rope/upper and lower body with low reps/core
