Today since I am going to Six Flags I didn't want to go running to far because I didn't want to be totally wiped before Six Flags. So I decided to go for a short run. I just went to the usual two loops around the random trails but instead of doing the full four miles I only did three. I tried to go faster on this run than I was usually doing but I did do it. It made me feel good because on the uphills I was really trying to push and that was nice,,,,, even though I couldn't breathe very well..... Six Flags here I come!!!!!!
