Man it is humid outside! So since I couldn't go running when I woke up because I had a family breakfast at like 7 AM I decided to go at noon because it was cloudy.... Not a good idea! I did a half mile warm up, then I alternated 400s with doing one with the weights then one without the weights. I did 3 of each.... I was dripping sweat even with my shirt off because of the heat..... HORRIBLE! Then I did 4 strides and cooled down the .6 it was to get to 3 miles. I will go another three later tonight but currently it is way to humid.... |
