After a spectacular summer lightning storm last night.. The trails were alive! Met up with Matt and Tracy and did the 9 mile loop in reverse. Up Wheelers /IceBox/Middle and then down East / Wheelers. A skoosh muddy but awesome out! Sweating like a Fo'..

A nice cruiser on the ol' R-scape loop on the BST. Met up with Matt, Tracy, Clayton, and Jeremy. Nice out a bit muggy, but the trails were prime.

Awesome quick trip to Yosemite to run with the Bros. Gdoc and I flew in to meet up with Scarback and Hairdog. Headed up to the four mile TH and set off on the Loop. Huge first 5 mile climb up to Glacier point - great vistas. Took the panaromic trail over to Nevada falls and then the Mist trail back down to the valley. First time to Yosemite - Lots o sweet trails. Will be back. Great times.
