| This was a hard workout today. I think it was more mental than physical. Once I embraced the suck around the 3rd repeat, it got better. Workout was like this: 1 mile warm up. 4x1 mile repeats @ 7:12 pace with 1/2 mile recovery in between each repeat. It was a rough one. |
