| Easy miles outside. My sinus infection is clearing up. On Monday, I could feel the pressure change in my ears on any little hill (and I live in hilly area).

| Husband is off running Ragnar in Las Vegas so I had to resort to running indoors this morning. Watched the Biggest Loser while running on my rinky-dink free treadmill. During the commercial breaks, I bumped it up. Not necessarily speed work but just faster running to break up the monotony. I guess working out while watching Biggest Loser is better than eating ice cream while watching. (which is what I usually do)

| Treadmill running at home. Watched Friday Night Lights on Netflix to pass the time. Just got introduced to it and I've burned through half of the first season already. To break up the monotony I would do 4 minutes at 6.9 mph and then 1 at 7.5. I'm a wuss with the wind. When it woke me up in the middle of the night I knew an outside run wouldn't happen. I would run in rain and snow before I choose to run in wind.
