| Hilly miles with a few of them on the Salt Lake marathon course. I was ahead of the runners but it got me excited to be training for and running a marathon. I'm planning on doing a fall marathon. Giving myself a full year to get back into it!
The run felt awesome today. It made up for yesterday's heavy run. Despite all the hills from 2300 east up to wasatch blvd and back home, I felt great. Average pace 8:31.

| Stomach still felt quesy after the great gamboo I caught over the weekend. At least everything is staying INSIDE me now. My oldest caught the same thing and my youngest has another ear infection. Its bacteria/virus-fest at my house. Bring on the lysol and clorox.
