| I'm still alive. I started a new job about three weeks ago. I'm orienting to the new job full time and when that's done (next week), I'll just go part time. Thank goodness! Finding time/energy to run has been a challenge. Today at 5:00 am, there was an epic battle between my bed and the treadmill.....My bed won. I'm okay with that. | Tried a bootcamp style class at the gym. So. Stinkin. Hard. It was a circuit class filled with lunges, push ups, pull ups, running stairs, back extensions, sprints, cable rows, crunches, and rowing. The upper body stuff was the hardest for me. No surprise there. I ran 3 very slow miles after. |

| Even though I ran inside today, I felt soooo much better because I can actually see the sky. (I'm sure a lot of people living in northern Utah feel this way) Lately, I feel like I've got some winter blues going on because of the crappy weather and air. Its been a real bummer not being able to run outside in the fresh air. Treadmill running gets old, there's only so many shows I can catch up on. Its been hard to find motivation. Struggling big time. Long story short, I'm hoping to run outside sometime this week before the crappy air comes back..... |
