| 10 slow outside miles. It felt good to run outside again. I haven't done so in about a month. Stinkin weather.... Almost died a couple of times due to some very icy spots and large amounts of snow plowed to the side of the road. There isn't as much room for me to run on the shoulder of the roads and not risk being side swiped by passing cars. Actually had to hop into snow banks a few times to avoid on coming cars. Despite the car dodging and escaping death a few times, I was so happy to be running outside. |

| Started out on the treadmill at the gym. Just feeling kind of blah today. My sister showed up 1.25 miles into the run and I abandoned it for the distraction of talking to my sister on the stairmill/stepper. We chatted for about 45 mins on that thing and the time flew by. Thank goodness for sisters. Finished with some squats and one legged squats on the machine. |

| 10 treadmill miles. Started out with a 9 min/mile and jumped all around with the speeds. Felt a little sluggish today, after 3 miles I felt better. Ended the workout with upper body weights. The goal for this week is to do some sort of weight training everyday this week. |

Woke up to a sick child this morning. Sad day. Some nasty stomach virus is going around and everything on his inside seems to want to be on his outside. Poor little guy. Managed to get some miles in while he was watching Monsters Inc. Thank goodness for Disney magic. 10 pushups after. Strength training-check!
