I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Did a loop up around Emeline and and Rosecrest this morning. I hate starting from scratch and feeling like garbage for about 4 times out until you feel like you can breath again. I hope it is only 4 times this time! 7:15 pace
Did the Rosecrest 13400 S loop from my house. I was dragging today, especially at the end when I was running uphill into that wind! 7:23 pace. My whole body is sore right now.
