Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
After two weeks I was able to run again. I still have some huge scabs on my knees, but they don't hurt anymore. I jumped back on the horse so to speak and did 4 miles on the tread mill @ 8 miles an hour. Felt fat, but fine!
Got out this morning for a run to Butterfield Park. It was 16 degrees when I left. It was a pretty tough go for me since I am completely fat and out of shape.
