I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran around Monarch again, and Lucy joined me for some of it. I am out of shape! I was really trying not to limp since I have been limping since Saturday morning's run. Ran 3 miles at 7:54 ave. Achilles was swelling up a bit right away after.
Suffered through a run at Monarch today. Achilles was super tight, got so I didn't limp as much the last mile. Good to run though and get the heart rate up. 8:48, 8:26, 7:42.
Ran around Monarch again. Achilles was still stiff and still swollen a bit, so it was slow going and took a while. 8:45 ish, 8:13, and about an 8:16. Last half mile I ran barefooted.
