I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran around Monarch wheeling out intervals for the kids and ran around during the workout. Did one 5:46 mile on my own. Knee was way bad today. 7:50 ave
Ran with Greg after practice from Butterfield park home. My knee was bad at first but loosened up until the end. Greg was with me until the last 1.5 miles. Nice evening run. 1:05.09 for the 10 miles
