I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Started at Butterfield Park and warmed up a mile then did 2.5 Cove Hill repeats. Mostly coming behind the girls and not killing myself, but still running. 8:19 and 8:12, 7:35 ave
