First day of XC this summer.  We had a lot of new kids today, which is good, but we are definitely green.  Ran with Aubrie down Sentinel to the Corridor and back.  Knee was tight in the middle, but it seems to be improving.  7:28 ave

Started in the back and finished in the front.  Had some decent progression and realized that I am very out of shape.  Knee was the same, always gets stiff at some point and at the end.  Longest run since Boston and my first week of 5 consecutive days running since I got hurt on March 19th.  7:58-6:20 pace.  7:04 ave
