| AM- Woke up at 5:00am and ran in the cold for 5 miles. 7:30 pace
PM- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Ab Ripper

| Had parent/teacher conference from noon to 8:00pm, so I did my run early and my workout late. I met Jenny and her sister at the parkway on 12300 south. We did a big loop on the trail to 14600 south and back on 1300 W, to 11400south and back on the trail. We ended up going 11 miles, which was more than I wanted, but it was slow enough I was fine. Cold and windy this morning and the run was long, but not bad running with the ladies. 8:16 pace for the run. PM- Plyometrics!

| AM- Legs were way tired and so I was I when I got up. It was in the teens for temperature, and getting up at 5:00am was tough, but I toughed it out. 4 miles at 7:56 pace. PM- Back, Biceps, Ab Ripper

| Woke up up early this morning and went out for 6 miles. I ran out to the Cove and back. Legs were heavy and tired so I had to push through today. The way out was hard and slow, but I picked it up on the way back and fished with a 6:02 mile after my first mile was 8:38. 7:13 ave. Legs, Back, and Ab Ripper
