Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran down to Monarch and themn on a loop on the trail over to Mirabella and back on Rosecrest and the trail by Thomsons. It was a nice day to run, cool and cloudy. The clouds were huge thunder clouds and looked pretty cool. We got rained on and there was lightning right at the end. 6 miles in 7:40 pace
