Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- Ran to Rosecrest and then out to the Cove and back with the boys, then home. Legs are tired and beat up from Saturday. Nice and slow. 7:55 ave
PM- Ran from the HS to 13400 S, up to 6400 W, down Main, and back to the school by myself. Nice warm day, 72 degrees. Legs still shot! 7:44 ave
