Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran up to Rosecrest by the trail from Monarch. Then jumped in with the boys in their time trial 5k and ran down Mount Ogden and Grandview to Monarch. I think I had one mile around 5:23, but the watch has them as 6:36 and 5:49. 6:57 ave after the cooldown with all miles combined.
