I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- Greg came over and we ran over to Rosecrest and ran with the boys out to the Cove and back. Then we headed back to my house. 7:34 ave
PM- Ran around Monarch Meadows while the kids were doing speedwork. Nice temps this morning but the afternood was chilly! 7:50 ave
