Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran up Anne's Trail with my girls and then continued on. The girls took a wrong turn and headed down the mountain and by the time I caught them they were at the bottom. We had to run from the Temple back up to Potato Hill. 6.5 miles. Nice run though and the calf held up. 8:49 ave
