I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

AM- Ran to Rosecrest and then with the boys out to the Cove and back, then home.  Mile 5.5-6.5 was 5:38, and the run was 7:36 ave.

PM- 80 degrees outside.  Ran to practice then a loop with my boys that came to morning practice, and then home.  We did 5x100 pickups in the run.  It was bloody hot out today! 7:35 ave.
