Ran out to and up Cove Hill. Progression until Cove Hill. Sub 7:00s back 6:49, 6:42, 6:34, 6:31. 7:23 ave for the run. Achilles was pretty tight today and the legs were tired. A bit better than a similar run last week. Never felt great the whole run, so i am happy I ran as good as I did.
