I am not going down to Moab at all because I feel like death!  I am bummed about not going down, but I feel it is best to stay home for this one. Maybe next year I can get a good shot at Moab.  Good luck to everyone down there!  I will eventually get better, be immune to these mutated infections, and make a comeback with running.  Thanks to everyone for the encouraging comments I appreciate the support.

I think that is a good idea, you would just dig yourself deeper into a hole. We will miss you.

Sorry James. Get healthy FAST!!!

From Walter on Fri, Mar 07, 2008 at 14:29:49

I feel the beginnings of your wrath of sickness right now. I will still run and see how I do. Itll keep me from starting out fast like I always do. I guess Aaron from seattle's flight got canceled so Im going down without him.

James, WBR is a possible go. As far as your cold goes, I agree, take it easy and be patient. Hope you get better soon buddy.

I think it is probably for the best, but very sad. Get feeling better!

Oh man, so sorry James! Stupid bug. How dare it attack you! Not only that, how dare it outstay it's welcome so badly. Germs these days! Hope you feel back to your bad ol' self soon. The dogs on your running routes are missing you, I'm sure.

Sorry James. Your so talented that you have a lot of PR's ahead. The way you muscled through the relay last week feeling like death proves what a great runner you are. Hang-in there.

Hey I liked the bold red text better. Hope your doing better... this will pass and you'll be hammering out races soon enough.

From Jon on Sat, Mar 08, 2008 at 15:50:07

So in other words, Cody can brag that he beat you at Moab? You won't live that one down...

Get better soon.

From James on Sat, Mar 08, 2008 at 15:55:29

Whatever he feels good about! But don't I have to be there for anyone to beat me?
