Ran with Greg and the kids on the Parkway south.  Greg, Tanner, Corbin and I went 2 out and back.  started at 7:40 and ended 6:30 pace, 7:08 ave.  Nice morning, inthe 40s and chilly with the wind at first, but nice.  Not a bad run for being out of shape.
