Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran with the kids for the first time in 8 months . I am out of shape for a run like this, and it was 20 degrees, so my old beat up body had a hard time for a lot of the run. Ended up going 8.5 miles with a 7:39 ave. I did hit mile 7 and 8 sub 7:00.
