I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

did an spin class for hour and then ran 3 miles with my sister

went to the Riverton track started with 2 miles warm-up and the I did 6 200x which I really tried to go as fast as I could and then I did 1 400x then 1 lap cooldown, had to be to work.

I did an spin class in the evening 1 hour class I figure around 10 miles, went really hard and my legs were on fire from the morning run

Ran parkway this morning, very slow I am still sore from yesterday speed workout
