Felt rather ill. Still made it to the bike for a 20-minute ride and walked up an incline for 15, so blood moved.
Still off, but playeed 1:30 singles tennis and was able to enjoy it.
Finally back on the mill, but stomach STILL off, ugh, and leg still quite sore, ugh. Made it a slow, sketchy 3 miles and didn't want any more at all.
Xmas was an SDO but regressed badly with GI issues that evening into Thursday. Ugh. Did a gentle 30 minute Peloton today and felt better than expected.
Both legs are really tight and making running even a short distance rather challenging. Gave it a go on the mill anyway, not pleasant but made it.
