Wimp weights x 2 and 12 minute fairly hard row. All the mills were full, but not sad--ITB probably can use another day off, and got a good workout anyway.

Disappointing run. My right leg got tighter and more painful as I went along instead of loosening up. I walked briefly a little after 20 minutes, then jogged until I got to 3 miles. I'll work on it and hopefully be able to run with a lot less discomfort on Friday.

Took Friday off, busy in the morning and didn't feel it in the afternoon. Came down a bit ill, so that was probably it. Glad I had tennis this morning and hit well, then had a nice time with Erik hitting golf balls inside.
