Finally just about vertigo free! Just eased up slowly to 8:40 pace then kept it there and it felt so much better than anything for the past 2 weeks. Did have 2 strong treadclimb sessions over the weekend too.

Slow 3 on the mill. Trying to get a few running not treadclimber miles. New shoes felt OK but a definite wear point on the outer ankle of my left foot. Will try thicker socks and monitor.

Wu 1 mile, 4 x .1 mile 5% incline 7.5 mph, jog, 4 x .25 miles 7.7 mph, wd 1/2 mile. Disappointed my left leg gave out during the second quarter so had to dial back to 7.7 but was able to keep going at that speed. Will need to build turnover, bring ITB under control.
