Wu 1 mile, 4 x .1 mile 5% incline 7.5 mph, jog, 4 x .25 miles 7.7 mph, wd 1/2 mile. Disappointed my left leg gave out during the second quarter so had to dial back to 7.7 but was able to keep going at that speed. Will need to build turnover, bring ITB under control.
