Early w Shannon around EL. The weather continues cooler and dryer, makes things much easier. Still ran slow.
WHP from EL with Shannon after work. A bit brisker pace today. Beautiful cool, dry evening.
:12 row hard, 2 miles slow on the mill.
Ran extended SH with 5 x 2:00 pickups. Per Garmin the first was 7:23 pace, the rest just under 7:00s. Tried to run sub-maximal but it's still depressing how fast they felt. RtB in 3 weeks.
