Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

40 minutes on treadclimber. Sweatbath!
Treadmill microwave workout after work. short on time so ran a progressive -> 8.3 mph.
With Ron in the morning. Ran out Sch Hd, slow at first then pretty decent pace--8:20, 8:10, 8:19 coming back. Felt good but warm and 100% humidity, started to get hard to breath in the last couple of miles.
Sch Hd easy. Heel v painful, felt something pop just past 2 miles :-/ Will have to get more aggressive with PT-ish stuff.
