Easy full SH on a beautiful day. Wore one layer long sleeve Coolmax and was a little warm when out of the breeze.

Golf. Played hookey and got 18 holes.
Felt totally wiped yesterday and somewhat today. S couldn't run this weekend, so just hit the treadclimber for 40 minutes. Also 9 holes.
