| On mill, progressive to 8.0 mph. Felt a little spacey but otherwise OK. Leg was starting to get sketchy when I hit 3.5 so it was easy to stop though.

| Schooner Head on a beautiful sunny, breezy 50+ degree day. Took it easy, enjoyed running outside.

| Ran 15 minute warmup then 8 x 1:00 hard, 1:00 easy. Decided to stick with 7:08 pace for the faster minutes, and it felt hard but quite under control. Good workout.
