Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

On mill, progressive to 8.0 mph. Felt a little spacey but otherwise OK. Leg was starting to get sketchy when I hit 3.5 so it was easy to stop though.
JAXfit without the class. Went anyway and rowed 12 minutes and ran 21. Progressive again up to 8 mph.
Schooner Head on a beautiful sunny, breezy 50+ degree day. Took it easy, enjoyed running outside.
Ran 15 minute warmup then 8 x 1:00 hard, 1:00 easy. Decided to stick with 7:08 pace for the faster minutes, and it felt hard but quite under control. Good workout.
:50 treadclimb not very intense.
